The Review Strategy That Works

Request reviews immediately after service delivery — that's when satisfaction is highest. Send a text with a direct link to your review page (you can get this from your GBP dashboard). Respond to every review within 48 hours, including negative ones. A professional response to a negative review does more for your reputation than ignoring it.
