1. Services

Visions Tampa Bay, operated by Visions Digital Group, provides web design, brand development, graphic design, website management, and digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

Projects require a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in your proposal. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all deliverables become your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any necessary credentials. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visions Tampa Bay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
